The innovation of the SARP cooker lies in its advanced energy-saving system through recirculation. The water used for product washing is recovered and reintroduced into the cooking cycle via a heat exchanger and a network of pipes equipped with a self-cleaning system. This architecture not only optimizes water and energy consumption, but also allows for the simultaneous management of Cooling and Washing zones (with temperatures down to 13°C), maintaining product integrity and raising the overall efficiency of the line.
