SUPERSINCRO
SUPERSINCRO is an automatic weighing system for powder ingredients, designed to ensure high precision, repeatability, and advanced process control in recipe preparation and batch production for the food industry.
The system allows ingredient loading from silos, hoppers, or big bags, with the possibility of configuring dedicated storage stations for ingredients used in small quantities or at low frequency. Loading can be performed by gravity or via pneumatic systems, supported by tools that facilitate correct raw material identification and handling.
The weighing phase is carried out through a double dosing screw, equipped with anti‑clogging devices, enabling precise dosing directly into bags of different sizes (from 9 to 36 liters), automatically formed by the machine. Once dosing is complete, the bag is automatically sealed and discharged onto a conveyor belt or into a box, ready for the next processing step.
During loading and dosing operations, advanced suction and filtration systems ensure a clean and controlled working environment, supporting contamination control and operator safety.
SUPERSINCRO is managed by an advanced control software capable of communicating with company management systems and providing key data for quality control and production optimization, such as CPK for repeatability and OEE for production efficiency. Full process traceability allows continuous monitoring and analysis of weighing performance and consistency over time.
