UNICA TWIN
UNICA TWIN is an automatic weighing system for powder ingredients, designed to ensure precision, repeatability, and full traceability in batch preparation for the food industry.
The modular system is composed of 12‑silo units, configurable up to 24 or 36 silos, made of AISI 304 stainless steel with capacity of 100 liters. The available configurations allow UNICA TWIN to adapt to different production needs and recipe types.
Weighing is performed directly inside the silo through dosing screws, achieving precision up to 1 gram. The silos are equipped with anti‑clogging devices, ensuring reliable product flow and consistent performance even with difficult ingredients.
UNICA TWIN is operated via a touch‑screen computer, which enables recipe setup, management, and storage. The system allows fully automatic batch preparation without manual intervention, reducing human error and improving the consistency of the final product.
During loading and dosing phases, an efficient self‑cleaning filtration system maintains a clean and safe working environment, supporting contamination control. Full process traceability is ensured by recording every operation, from material loading to weighing, through dedicated software and ID‑TAG technology.
