UNICA HD
UNICA HD is an automatic system for weighing powdered micro‑ingredients, designed to ensure maximum precision, repeatability, and full traceability in food production processes.
The system can be configured with 8, 16, or 24 stainless‑steel silos with a capacity of 50 liters, designed to guarantee maximum hygiene and easy cleaning. All components in contact with the product are made of stainless steel, fully compliant with food safety regulations.
At the heart of UNICA HD is an electronic weighing scale with a capacity of up to 30 kg and a resolution of 1 gram, enabling extremely accurate dosing even for the most complex recipes. Ingredients are dispensed through independent stainless‑steel screws, ensuring both precision and high dispensing speed.
The advanced control software allows full recipe management, weighing data recording, and the generation of operational and statistical reports. The system can be integrated with external MES and ERP platforms, fully supporting Industry 4.0 requirements and simplifying quality control and regulatory compliance.
