UNICA SD
UNICA SD is an automatic weighing system for powder ingredients, designed to ensure high precision, repeatability, and full recipe traceability in production processes.
The system is equipped with 11 powder silos and is capable of handling up to 200 batches per day, with a maximum capacity of 10 kg per batch. Safe silo refilling is performed by gravity, with integrated dust aspiration to maintain a clean and controlled working environment.
UNICA SD features advanced recipe management, allowing operators to program recipes through the control interface, with the option to hide ingredient details to protect proprietary know-how. Each production batch is precisely weighed, guaranteeing consistent results and excellent repeatability.
To support quality control and compliance, the system includes recipe and batch traceability, generating labels with batch and recipe data. This ensures full monitoring of the production process from raw materials to final output.
